Final Release Time for Golf Carts
Breakfast Hill Golf Club enforces a strict final cart release time of 4.5 hours prior to sunset for 18-holes and 2.5 hours prior to sunset for nine-holes.
Assumption of Risk
As with other outdoor recreational activities, there are certain inherent risks associated with the sport of golf. These risks include, but are not limited to, being struck by errant balls, being struck by lightning, injuries associated with the improper operation of golf carts, and potential slips, trips and falls associated with wet or uneven walking/playing surfaces.
By playing Breakfast Hill Golf Club players agree to assume these risks in their entirety and agree to hold harmless the golf course, including its owners, employees, and representatives, for any associated accidental injury, illness, death, or personal property damage.
Covid-19 Warning
Breakfast Hill Golf Club has taken enhanced health and safety measures for Members, our Guests, and our staff members. Everyone must follow all posted instructions while visiting Breakfast Hill Golf Club. An inherent risk of exposure to Covid-19 exists in any public place where people are present. Covid-19isanextremelycontagiousdiseasethatcanleadtosevereillnessanddeath. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and Guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting Breakfast Hill Golf Club you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to Covid-19.
On-Course, Non-Player, & Child Safety Policies
Breakfast Hill Golf Club, LLC’s policy for children (ages eight and under) and non-playing adults on-course is as follows:
To be allowed on-course, a CHILD must be accompanied by an adult and is playing golf with said adult. The child must show a set of clubs and all applicable greens fees apply. The adult always assumes responsibility for their child’s behavior on-course. Toy plastic clubs are not considered valid equipment and are not permitted on-course.
Babies and/or toddlers in strollers, backpacks, or other child carriers are not allowed on-course or on the driving range tee surface. Children on property by the clubhouse and surrounding areas must be always monitored by an adult. Management will address any unruly behavior by the child to the adult. This is for the safety of the child and the benefit of other guests. This may include, but not limited to climbing on patio walls, running around recklessly, throwing items, jumping into golf carts, and harassing other guests.
ADULTS who would like to accompany a golfer on-course must do so in a golf cart and pay all applicable cart rental fees. While on-course they assume all risks as outlined in Breakfast Hill Golf Club, LLC’s Assumption of Risk policy. Even if the golfer is walking the course, the non-golfer must be in a cart.
