MEN’S LEAGUE UPDATE: THE SUN FINALLY SHINES ON MEN’S LEAGUE; “KING FLIGHT” NET SKINS CARRY OVER TO WEEK THREE (updated May 16, 2012 at 9:19 pm)
After some morning showers, the sun finally basked over week two of Breakfast Hill Golf Club’s Men’s Twilight League. You will see below the link only for week two’s special contest winners. Week 2 results will not be posted this week as the League Committee and Nate Bridges work out some “kinks” in the scoring system — namely, where to allocate strokes for individual and team matches. Please be patient as we want the scoring and stroke allocation to be as fair to everyone as possible. Also, the blind-draw for absent players has been eliminated. Absence by one of the two team partners will result in a maximum of one team point for the week. For more, please email Nate Bridges at natebridges@yahoo.com. Week 3 play — with a “King Flight” net skins carry over of $140 — will begin next Wednesday, May 23rd at 5 pm (shotgun).

LADIES LEAGUE UPDATE: FIELD OF 48 READIES THEMSELVES FOR WEEK TWO (updated 5/16/12 at 11:09 am)
Ladies’ League prepares for the second week of competition on May 21st promptly at 5:00 pm (shotgun). The Club and its newly formed Ladies’ League Committee have worked long and hard to make the proper competitive changes for 2012. On behalf of the committee, we hope everyone enjoys this season’s changes. The new format will consist of team four-ball (better-ball) play and individual singles matches.
